Artistic Director:


Rob Verdi is currently employed with the Entertainment Division of the Walt Disney Company.  His professional jazz group, the Side Street Strutters has presented concerts and student outreach programs throughout the US and Europe since 1983.  The Strutters have received numerous awards, NEA grants, and organized hundreds of successful concert tours under Mr. Verdi’s artistic direction.

 

 

 

Detailed Artistic Director:

Rob Verdi received his music education degree in 1984 from Arizona State University.  While at ASU, Rob studied classical and jazz saxophone and received several honors and awards.  Mr. Verdi taught junior high music, organized performances for the Orange County Philharmonic Society's school outreach program, conducted jazz history presentations at Santa Ana College, CA, is a member of the CA Arts Council and active clinician for Disney's Magic Music Days Program.
