TRIO EXCELSIOR

Mutual admiration of each other’s artistry brought three internationally acclaimed musicians together in 2003 to form Trio Excelsior. Featuring a pianist, cellist and violinist from Finland, Germany and the U.S. respectively, this dexterous and soulful group utilizes the piano trio repertoire to explore not only their relationship to each other, but how the great composers expressed the essence of human existence through music.
